Algarve Intermunicipal Community (AMAL)
AMAL is a collective entity of public and associative nature, formed by the 16 Municipalities of the Algarve. Its mission consists of enhancing the municipalities’ development and strengthening the region’s identity, through the articulation of interests and the creation of synergies.

Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS)
KS is the only local government association in Norway. Its mission is to advocate on behalf of members, voice their interests, provide support to members and act as employer association for local and regional governments. Currently all 356 municipalities and all 11 county councils in the country are members.
Consultants Team
Portuguese Association of Environmental Engineering (APEA)
APEA is a nonprofit association. Its mission is to contribute towards the progress of Environmental Engineering and its professionals, by promoting knowledge, development, recognition and dissemination of Environmental Engineering in its specific technical and scientific characteristics.
Susana Marreiros
Ecologist with experience on climate change adaptation research, being a consultant in this field.
